We are seeking a highly capable Branch Manager to lead the academic operations at our NAIROBI CBD campus. This pivotal role demands a passionate and dynamic leader with a proven history of improving academic excellence and students’ achievements. The successful candidate will oversee the management of all the departments, curriculum implementation, and ensure the highest standards of educational delivery while also managing support services such as marketing, facilities, security, events, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all academic departments at the campus, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient operations.
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and maintain the highest standards of academic delivery.
Lead college marketing initiatives to meet student enrolment targets, including converting leads into clients through consistent follow-up efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a Master’s degree being advantageous. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in academic leadership or administration, preferably in a TVET Institution.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum implementation, academic planning, and training management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
Must possess a strong sense of integrity, alongside exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders. Additionally, they should have a comprehensive understanding of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in higher education.
